Manager/Supervisor
ESG Insurance (The Medicare Family), a leading Medicare Insurance brokerage, is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. With strong communication and sales skills, you will shape and lead a team of dedicated sales professionals in a call center environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Coach a team of 10-12 call center Medicare sales agents on live outbound calls, as well as in a huddle room reviewing their agent’s call recordings, to help them overcome objections, discover the prospect’s needs, add value, and close the sale.
- Oversee their team’s daily operations to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Medicare Supplements (Medigap), Medicare Advantage, and Original Medicare and guide your team through strict adherence to company/carrier/government compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain a high-quality work environment that motivates team members to perform at their highest level.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience supervising/managing Inside Sales Agents
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
